Alice’s background in health & beauty and experience with a world-renowned skincare brand means she’s comfortable delivering exceptional customer service in a very personal way.

Having initially joined the HR and Business Support team at Alexander James, Alice soon identified the “as built” environment as the sector that interested her and transferred to AJ Construct to continue her growth and development as a Candidate Manager.

 

Alice is thriving in the fast-paced and detail-oriented environment that search-based recruitment offers. Providing superior candidate care comes naturally to Alice, as she genuinely enjoys chatting with people and understanding what makes them tick – a great skill when you’re playing “matchmaker” for job seekers and job opportunities.

 

Moving to Aotearoa New Zealand from the UK a decade ago, Alice is committed to raising her two children the “Kiwi way” and appreciates the flexible approach to work that AJ Construct endorses.
