Connor Muirhead

Ever since Connor joined AJ Construct, he's proven himself to be an enthusiastic and engaged team member and has stepped up into the Candidate Manager beautifully.

While it’s true that this is Connor’s first experience with full-time work, it’s safe to say that his parentage makes talent acquisition and sales second nature to him.

This move into the recruitment industry comes as no surprise given that Connor’s Y13 Business Studies project consisted of launching and maintaining a social media platform that showcased local part-time jobs to encourage his peers to find suitable work. That project and his insight into the industry were enough to encourage Connor to take this first step to understand what it takes to be an effective search-based recruiter.

Connor is grateful for the apprenticeship-like training that AJ Construct has offered him and is making the most of learning from a supportive and experienced team; he knows that working hard now will lay a solid foundation for a successful career in the future.
