Troy’s career has seen him working at all levels in Business Process Outsourcing and Sales Management, giving him valuable insight into what it takes to lead a high-performing team in a high-pressure environment.

 

After a decade of leading and developing successful sales teams in Australia, Troy, and his young whānau decided to make Aotearoa New Zealand home.

 

Troy’s transition to recruitment came about in a familiar way, having applied for a role through an agency, the Consultant identified that his skills and experience would make him an ideal recruiter. Since starting his recruitment career Troy has specialised in volume contact centre, large format, and trade retail and he believes his high energy, value-centric approach has been the key to his success.

 

When Troy came across the opportunity to lead the AJ Construct team to build on their existing capabilities and elevate their delivery to the next level, he couldn’t resist.
