Kirsty is one of those rare humans who wanted to join recruitment instead of accidentally stumbling across a job opportunity, so it makes sense that she’s a champion for the industry and those who work within it.

Starting her career in sales with a business development focus, it soon became obvious to Kirsty just how essential having excellent internal and external relationships would become, and having a reputation for being able to deliver what was promised was integral to ensure ongoing success.

A move into more administrative roles and working across the globe gives Kirsty a unique insight into what makes a wide variety of organisations and industries tick, which helped her deliver successful recruitment solutions when she became a permanent recruitment consultant in 2003.

Over the following years, Kirsty spent time building her skills and experience at all levels of the recruitment industry so when she was invited to side-step into a learning, development, and coaching role in 2011, she was well-equipped to train others on best practices and personal growth – which she’s been doing ever since!

Joining Alexander James to help develop their personal and professional skills is a challenge that Kirsty is excited to embark on and is looking forward to elevating the way the team delivers for clients and candidates.
