With a strong footprint in the Hawke’s Bay and a commitment to excellence, they’re seeking a Region Manager to lead operations, people, and performance across the sunny Hawkes Bay.
The Role
This is a senior regional leadership role focused on operational oversight, people development, financial performance, and delivery excellence.
You’ll lead a multi-depot team across roading, maintenance, and infrastructure works, building strong client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance remain front and centre.
You’ll work closely with national leadership to shape regional strategy and grow the business locally, while maintaining a strong, on-the-ground presence that empowers your team and delivers results.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure or maintenance delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership across regional operations or contract management.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record in P&L, budgeting, and programme delivery.
- Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams across remote depots.
- Proven relationship builder with clients, suppliers, and councils.
- Regional leadership with national influence and clear career progression
